- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My children and I see Stacey Hanson and she is great. She is courteous, prompt and does not beat around the bush when it comes to your health. I am also pleased to see they have vastly improved their front office staff. Now if they could just improve the fact it takes over 20 minutes to get through on the phone, no mater what you are calling for your stuck in a Que. I have been told all calls go to the Hopewell office so this technically not the Colonial Heights offices fault, but it is a concern I can drive to either office quicker than I can get a person on the phone. UPDATE: I was told they would be getting a new phone system and they have. The wait time is definitely better but you still don't get through in less than 10 minutes.
